Shipping

The shipment of your package

Packages are normally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday in the normal working hours 08.30 - 18.30.
They are shipped via DHL - SDA – BRT - GLS

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

In case of absence of the recipient, the courier, after two unsuccessful attempts, will leave a notice with the instructions for arranging the new delivery. For orders in storage due to the recipient's absence or the recipient's request to postpone delivery, Filgi srl reserves the right to charge the costs of storage and redelivery. The customer is invited to contact Filgi S.r.l. in the event of a delivery delay and to report any malfunctions detected.
